RENTAL LIABILITY WAIVER

READ CAREFULLY – THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT

In consideration for being allowed to rent, use, or participate in inflatable equipment and related services provided by Amazin Entertainment, the undersigned agrees as follows:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that inflatable rentals and related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to slipping, falling, collisions, weather-related hazards, and improper use. I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with participation.

2. Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Amazin Entertainment, its owners from any and all claims, demands, injuries, damages, or losses arising out of or related to the use of inflatable equipment, including injuries caused by negligence.

3. Responsibility for Supervision

I understand that proper adult supervision is required at all times during use of inflatable equipment. I accept full responsibility for supervising all users, especially minors.

4. Rules & Safety Compliance

• No flips, wrestling, or rough play

• No shoes, sharp objects, or food/drinks (excluding tent rentals) inside inflatables

• No use during severe weather

• Maximum occupancy limits must be followed

5. Loss or Theft Responsibility

I the customer accepts full responsibility for the care and security of all rental equipment provided by Amazin Entertainment LLC from the time of delivery until pickup. I agree to pay for any damage, loss, or theft of equipment caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized use, vandalism, or failure to properly supervise the equipment during rental period.

If any rental equipment, or add-ons are lost, stolen, missing, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear, I agree to reimburse Amazin Entertainment for the full replacement or repair cost.

6. Card on File

For security purposes, Amazin Entertainment LLC requires a valid card on file for all rentals. Cards are only charged in the event of damage, loss, theft, or unpaid balances.

Amazin Entertainment LLC reserves the right to charge the card on file for any applicable damages or losses after reasonable inspection and documentation of the rental equipment.

7. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and reimburse Amazin Entertainment for any legal fees or expenses arising from claims related to my use or misuse of the equipment.

8. Medical Authorization

I authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary and accept responsibility for all associated costs.

9. Agreement Acknowledgment

I confirm I am at least 18 years old and understand I am giving up legal rights by signing this waiver
